Tourney runs the registration side of an event: per-division capacity and fees, multi-tournament checkout, digital waivers, QR check-in and Stripe payouts. Clubs get memberships, class packages and workshops.
What's included
Event site, registration, event page and payouts read from the same records. A registration creates a division entry, a Stripe payment to your account and a QR ticket for check-in on the day.
Microsite
One site per event with your logo and colours, divisions, schedule and sponsor tiers. It can run on a tourney.dev subdomain or your own custom domain.
Registration
Each division has its own capacity and fee. A participant can enter several divisions or tournaments in one checkout, and sign the digital waiver (DocuSeal) as part of registering. Full divisions can run a waitlist.
Event page
A public page per event with its divisions, schedule, venue and sponsors, and a link you can share. Early-bird pricing is set per tournament.
Payouts
Entry fees, workshop fees and memberships are paid to your own Stripe account. Platform fee is 2% of each paid order, or 1.5% on the Clubs plan, plus Stripe processing at 2.9% + 30¢ per US card payment.
Tournaments, clubs and workshops
All three use the same accounts and orders, so one person's event entries, memberships and workshop registrations are tied to the same profile.
Tournaments
Registration with per-division capacity and fees, digital waivers, QR tickets, and check-in from the Staff app on the day. Registrations and payments are listed per event.
Orgs & Clubs
Recurring memberships billed through Stripe subscriptions, class packages, attendance records and badges. Households can be billed together. Payments go to your own Stripe account.
Workshops
Workshop registration with a capacity limit, member pricing and a waitlist. Waitlist offers expire after a number of hours you set.

Pricing
Free plan: $0 per month. Platform fee is 2% of each paid order, plus $1 per paid registrant on events with a signed digital waiver. Clubs plan: $25 per organisation per month. It unlocks clubs and lowers the platform fee to 1.5% on event entries, workshops, classes, packages and shop sales, and 1% on memberships. Stripe processing is separate: 2.9% + 30¢ per US card payment. Each event or club chooses whether the buyer pays the fees or they come out of the payout.
